Rude, dishonest, hostile, and nasty. I took a Waterman to be repaired. The only thing wrong with it was that it needed some glue on the threads that hold the nib in order to lock it tight--I know exactly how it is assembled, but did not know what glue to use. I explained the problem and was told that it was "broken" and that they did "not have the parts". I calmly explained that this was not the case and repeated what needed to be done. The salesperson then forced the nib back on and twisted it crossing the threads, thus damaging the pen. To add further insult, he then declared "see it doesn't even go back together properly", after which he simply turned around and walked away. I simply left the shop....I have never felt so abused and disgusted by a salesman or a store. It was simply disgraceful. I left feeling totally violated.
