I would say half the staff here is excellent, the other half is not. The front desk staff seems to have a rotating bunch of idiots, while there is like one lady at the front desk who knows what is going on. I have been going for over 15 years and was really disappointed to hear of my favorite staff member leaving. great place if you know which staff to avoid. Due to this specific staff member leaving, I have followed her along with my 3 sisters to her new salon. however, I would def go back to salon had someone else been as great with my hair.
