I've been to the Dental Design Studio twice now - the first time for a deep cleaning and my second visit a few weeks ago (just before the holidays) for a crown. Both times, the dentist wasn't running late - maybe I waited 5-10 minutes, at the most.
The staff was friendly, very eager to help, even with all the new patient paperwork. I was pretty impressed by how well organized they were - too many times I've gone to a clinic or office and they are scrambling to get things organized and situated. None of that here.
Dentist was as friendly as their staff - quick to put me at ease and start the procedure as painlessly as possible. Overall, I'm fairly happy with this dental office and will be back next year for my annual cleaning.
