My visit with Dr Rosen was as pleasant as can be. His staff was helpful and kind, especially his assistant. The hygienist, however, was a bit rough and I had to explain to her three times that my tooth was very sensitive while she was trying to take x-rays. I wasn't crazy about the way she complained to her co-worker about being unable to find her supplies and proceeded to slam the drawers behind me. She was apologetic afterwards but I still felt it was very unprofessional to act in that manner, especially in front of a new patient. Otherwise, the visit was good. I found Dr Rosen to be very informative, gentle and even very funny! He succeed in making me feel very comfortable and I would recommend him to everyone!
