Review content:
I have been going to St. Cyr for a while now and I have to say the receptionists are the rudest!! Whenever I call, I feel very uncomfortable because they are so rude. The only plus with them is you get a call the day before to remind you of your appt. If it wasn't for the girls in the spa area, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!! Whenever you pay they get aggrevated that you are there, then they give you the you have a lot of nerve expecting me to book another appointment for you.l
TO THE OWNERS/MANAGEMENT: Send these miserable pretty girls to personality school.....teach them how to respect the customers. I am ready to stop going ~~ I had a hair appt the other day and the hairdresser told me the color I wanted (which I had) didn't look good....she told me it needed to be darker, i didn't want it darker...Will never go back for a hair cut -- it now looks a mess and this hairdresser was an artistic director (artistic in what -- not hairdressing) recommended by the receptionist -- I should have known better.
Pros: Ladies in the Spa area are so nice and cordial
Cons: Receptionists are rude; recommend their "friends" for haircuts/colors to customers
