Businiess name:  A Clover on Main Day Spa
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I've been a client of Clover for over seven years and have weekly massage and monthy pedicures and occasional shellac application. It is my hope Jackie that in addition to posting your displeasure about your experience that you were also professional enough to have a discreet conversation with management regarding that experience. I can assure you that had you done that that your response here would have been much different. Plus, what kept you from asking your provider or management about the protocol that is used? Clover management and staff take their work seriously and their philosophy is rooted in top client satisfaction. It just seems sad that this wasn't used as an opportunity for clear "at the moment" feedback and a more positive outcome. Just think how different things would have been if you had taken the time that you used to complain via a website to have an honest 1:1 conversation with managemement and/or your provider? Hmmmmmmmmmm
