I must confess that even as a local, I never noticed this wonderful bakery cafe before until a recent weekend. Go ahead and try out the yummy treats available here! You can pick something up to take home, or to your hotel room if you're a tourist. You can even eat here in their dining room. The prices are reasonable here, and I feel that I got my money's worth when I ate here. What really makes them special is their atmosphere: the place is gorgeous and feels like you're in someone's house! The service is good, and it's nice to actually eat off real plates with real silverware. I recommend the toast, scrambled eggs, and the breakfast potatoes. The coffee is also quite nice. If you are around the convention center area, be sure to check out this corner bakery.
