Businiess name:  Salon Norman Dee

Review content:
Dawn is possibly the best haircutter in Philadelphia. I've recommended her to many people. The new salon is beautiful and convenient. I was roughed up a bit by the discourteous, stern, older woman who washes hair. She barely speaks, kind of mumbles, no eye contact. Wasn't sure which chair she meant for me to sit in. She tried to push my head into the sink while I was sitting too high in the chair. Didn't apologize or ask me about the water temperature which was actually fine, but she should have asked. Aside from the few minutes with her, (while she trashed one of the other shampooers to another employee) everything else was delightful. Next time, I'll insist on one of the other shampooers who are customer service oriented, sweet, pleasant and anxious to provide a high quality service. Don't know why I didn't think of that before. Thanks for the opportunity to say that overall, management is doing a very good job, aside from the fact that they need to address their mean shampooer issue. Women of Salon Norman Dee, boycott the mean shampooer!
