My appointment was at 9:30 yesterday and I arrieved at about 9:20. My appointment was for x-rays and regular checkup. By the time I was done it was 11:00. I don't know, maybe it's me but if I'm told to be there at a specific time I'm respectful of your time so I make sure I'm on time so that it would not inconvenience anyone esle. But to wait in the waiting room for a while before I'm seen, and then to wait in the x-ray chair a while before the x-rays are taken and then to wait in the dentist chair a while before seeing the dentist doen't make one feel that the dentist office is respectful of my time.
