Review content:
I have been a client at The Face and Body Day Spa in Chesterfield since 1999. Since 1999, I have used the same service providers for hair, skin, and nail services. A few years ago, my hair service provider transferred to the Brentwood location. I absolutely love this person, so I chose to continue services with her at the Brentwood location. All other services, I prefer to remain with my service providers at the Chesterfield location. I am a club member and found out today that points earned at Brentwood are not transferrable to the Chesterfield location and vice versa. In the past I have had no problems transferring points as these points equal cash. I also learned that I have to pay separate club memberships to both locations. I thought maybe there were different owners for both locations now and infact it is the same owner. So in a nutshell, I am being penalized for being a loyal customer, a loyal client to my service providers, and feel like I am being robbed. I guess the owner has forgotten that his business would not exist without the customer, especially the loyal customers. Services provided at a spa are considered a luxury in this economy and charging twice for dual membership is stealing. I will no longer patronize The Face and Body.
