Comment from Chris Scesny: My customers satisfaction is very important to me, I have shown off this roof and deck many times over the past four years and have been hired because of the appearance of the porch and metal roof. We installed custom made screens into the openings of the screened in porch that we built. These screens were designed to lift out of the slots for easy removal during the winter months for storage. The customer choose not to remove the screens for the winter but rather stapled plastic over the screens on the outside of the screens. The wind blew the plastic into the screens and bent the aluminum on the screen. This customer was very challenging, at best, to deal with. In spite of me going the extra mile and fixing the screens that should not have been broken if they had been properly removed during the winter months he left rude voicemails yelling and swearing. I would rather not deal with him again.
