When scheduling an appointment, customers must confirm with a credit card. ESSpa's cancellation policy is that customers must provide a minimum of 36 hours advance notice if you must cancel or change an appointment. No shows are charged 100% of the full service price. However, if ESSpa needs to cancel or change your appointment, they do so with no regard for the customer. I waited for weeks for a July appointment with Eva only for it to be canceled 1 ½ hours before my scheduled appointment even though staff had called me the day before to confirm my appointment. Unfortunately, I did not receive the supposed voice mail staff said they left on my cell phone right before my appointment. I arrived on time only to find out it had been canceled with no one else available to do the facial. Esspa’s cancellation policy is pretty strict for the customer. However, shouldn’t Esspa adhere to its own 36 hour cancellation policy or provide compensation to customers if unable to provide the services to hold itself equally accountable??
