Sales experience was fine, but that is where anything good ended. I will know next time, but I didn't think it was necessary to take a used truck from a dealership to a mechanic to be inspected. It turned out to have a bad head gasket. After filing a complaint with the BBB, they finally admitted there was a problem but said it was the oil cooler. I agreed to pay for the oil cooler in exchange for a guarantee on the gaskets. The oil cooler did not fix it and it took me over a month of bugging them to get them to replace the gaskets. Less than a month later the transmission blew out, and it turned out there was no oil in it. I am now stuck with payments on a truck that doesn't work, as well as a lot of very expensive repairs, and Harrison doesn't care. I would not recommend anyone buy a car there, they don't care about their customers or reputation.
