I have stayed at several of the Disney Resorts and Saratoga Springs is currently the most peaceful that I have experienced. The two bedroom plus living room and kitchen combo provided for over 1,000 sq feet of living space.
The biggest difference was the quiet atmosphere. While there were families with young children, there did not seem to be as many as in other resorts. It is located across the waterway from Downtown Disney and there is a shuttle boat that can take you across. I stayed in the Congressional area and it was only a short walk to Downtown Disney.
Check in was easy and there was no need to go to the desk to check out. I forgot my ethernet cable but housekeeping had one to loan me in about an hour.
This is probably not the best resort if you have teens or want an atmosphere with lots of activity. If you want something a bit more laid back, you might want to check in to Saratoga Springs.
