Review content:
First, I was very pleased with my haircut by Amy! I have been coming for several years & this was the 1st time I had Amy and was the happiest I have been with my cut. I was very disappointed with the promotion though. I made the appt with Amy pretty much as soon as the "Last Minute Promotion" came out. I read the email for Today Only to mean the appt had to be made that day. I made it for a few days later for a day I was off work & even called the morning of my appt to confirm, referenced the promotion and asked if all I needed to do was bring in the email to receive the promotion. I was told 'yes'. When I arrived, I was told I had to redeem the promotion on the day it came out & thus I could not take advantage of it. I asked why I hadn't been told that when I called that morning & there was no explanation. I've been coming to Sag. for several years, recently brought my 3 daughters in to support Alex's lemonade, have referred several friends but this was my 1st disappointment in the salon.
