I liked American Fork Physical Therapy for one because it was a convenient location - just inside Gold's Gym. The physical therapist I worked with was good and offered some very helpful techniques. After my first visit, he also sent me home with a book of exercises to read about and practice. One of the negatives was the cost. Even with dual insurance coverage, the visits were incredibly expensive and I was not able to complete my therapy because of this. Another negative was their equipment provider. They provided me with some equipment and assured me that my insurance would cover it. It turns out that the provider they used was not on the "preferred list."
