My experience at WEST WIND has been not a very good one. They constantly raise the cable prices for new channels so they say, but not a single channel has been added and the HBO comes in fuzzy. At night you have to make sure you lock your vehicle and make sure that it is armed with an alarm because break ins are a common thing. I have contacted the office about the situation after replacing my door locks and handles twice, and my room mates vehicle has been broken into three times. and all they said was the crime problem is something I will have to deal with because the security is only there to make sure that no one makes a mess on the grounds. If you live out the length of the lease they start raising the rent cost at random. If deciding to live there good luck!
Pros: They have good maitanance crews
Cons: constant vehicle break ins
