Neeley came up to the front with me. We were scheduling an appointment for my husband. As Neeley left I haned her a tip. The girl went ahead and checked me out. The total was $76.00. I had no tens on me so I handed her $86.00. She took the money and said thank-you. I questioned her and said it was $76.00 and I gave you $86.00. she said I thought you wanted that to go to Neeley. I said no I have already given Neeley her tip. She gave me the $10.00 but acted like the whole miscommunication was my fault and she did not give anytype of receipt. It was an awkard situation and should have never happened in the first place. Very unprofessional on the person who checked me out. She could have asked if any thing was going to Neeley instead of assuming. I have never had this experience in the past year or two with anyone else. It was an akward experience, one that I hope never to experience again.
