Review content:
I have been going to Ihloff Utica Square for as long as I can remember (many years before moving to Utica Square). Kim has always been my stylist and she has always done an incredible job at making me look my best. After many years of great service the exceptional becomes the norm and can easily be taken for granted. Last week I got a wake up call. About 11:30 I received a concerned call because I had not yet arrived for my 11:15 appointment. After my apology for forgetting (I had received an email reminding of the appointment the previous day) I was informed that I could reschedule for 1:30 the same day which I eagerly agreed to. A few friends dropped by and the next thing I knew it was 4:00. Now I am sure I have committed the unforgivable. But, no, I texted Kim with another apology and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I arrived on time for this appointment, had a wonderful visit and left feeling happy and looking good. I was take care of and treated like a friend; friends take care of their friends. Now it is my turn to look for ways to return the kindness. Friends are hard to come by, I be more careful to not take them for granted.
