In appreciation for the two oil changes that I had, plus a new belt and thermostat and state inspection, you send me coupons expressing your appreciation for my business. The coupons were for oil changes, so they are not of use to me since it was oil changes that these coupons were thanking me for. It would have been better if they were for services or products that I didn't just receive from your shop. I know that you didn't deliberately send them knowing that I couldn't really use them, but it does seem odd to receive useless coupons as a "thank you". The work you did on both cars was fine.
