Review content:
We came in knowing that this might not be the easiest experience for my child who is neurologically atypical. The staff was alerted regarding our concerns and BENT OVER BACKWARDS to accommodate us. We were able to switch technicians for the initial testing to help with my daughter's comfort level. (Both technicians were qualified...I simply saw the need for a different personality to make the connection and asked for a change to increase our success). Dr. Grover came out to say hello ahead of time since I had alerted the staff of our potential issues with anxiety. What a great and thoughtful thing to do for us! And we accomplished our objective: we confirmed that my daughter has healthy eyes and can see well. However, her motor difficulties extend to her eyes and we have some excellent suggestions and support to help her further! I would highly recommend this practice for children of all abilities.
