My dad & I went into the Ron Goode Toyota, service sales & parts one day to order a replacement passenger side front mirror for a Toyota that was purchased from the Ron Goode Dealer in Alameda. My dad ask the clerk to briefly explain how to install the mirror but the clerk wouldn't help him. The clerk told my dad to go see the service specialist, when he got to the service specialist, the guy told my dad to go back to ask the sales clerk for help. The clerk rudely declined to offer any sort of explanation & asked us to leave the store. We were furious, so we came back in to ask for the clerk's name & his manager so we can file a complaint. But the clerk angrily told us we wasted our time, that he was a union worker, and there was no way anybody could touch him. We heard that the place had bad service before we went there, but we did not believe it until we experienced it ourselves.
