Review content:
Pros: Good warranty; ASE certified techs; said what they would do and did it within the bounds of the estimate. I took an older car in for a/c repair and they were the only ones to really deliver cold air. After having had the car's leak "repaired" a couple of years ago by some a/c shop no longer in business, and having recently been turned away by other shops who will not work with the car's R-12 system, I called Polar Bear and they readily took the car in. They also have a good warranty that covers both parts and service. I feel confident that if anything goes wrong (everything is great so far!) they will make good. It wasn't cheap to repair, so pricing was the only bitter pill; yet considering that the alternatives would have cost more than the repair; I think all-in-all it was a fair exchange. Also, while there, I found out they do all kinds of other maintenance and repairs.
