Anyone who writes a bad review for these guys is just a bad apple!! I was referred by a friend to get my car serviced there, and I walked out a very satisfied customer. I take very good care of my cars and just got sick of paying dealer prices for repair or maintenance so I took my car to Franks. Their exceptional service goes a very long way. They have great deals, they put enough time in to make sure everything is working correctly, and I have never had to go back to repair something twice like i have at other auto shops. Me being a lady, I thought I was gonna get jipped(thats what usually happens), and I know what's a regular price and what's not and Franks was definitely well-priced. So... if you're ever in doubt, take it to Franks!
