Without my permission, Frank drove my car around town for his own personal use - after he told me that my car should not be driven!!
When caught, Frank said he would reimburse me. He told me he would pay me on numerous occasions but never paid. I filed a claim with the Better Bus. Bureau and he didn't even respond to them. Frank's has an UNSATISFACTORY rating with the Better Bus. Bureau. I had to call the police! They are now investigating him. I also had to file a law suit against Frank's Auto and Frank the owner.
For you own good, never, never, never use this place.
Cons: They broke the law and blatantly try to avoid responsibility
