I took my car to Frank's Auto Repair for an oil change not to long ago and they were very friendly to me. They said that I was very lucky that I brought my car in when I did. When I asked why, they said that I had almost no oil in my car. The mechanic explained to me that if I didn't bring it in when I did, for example in a day or two, I would have no oil. Which meant my engine would lock and I would have no car; unless I went out and bought another one. I was a little embarrassed but they were friendly, helpful and treated me nice. The manager said it happens sometimes and gave me a good deal. Now my car drives beautifully; nice and smooth. I know where I'm going to get a tune-up and my next oil change from; do you?
Pros: They let you know what they're going to do before thay do anything.
