My 1999 Honda has been running great since I took it into Frank's. The only draw back was they wouldn't take credit cards. I had gotten a quote to replace my belts from my dealer and almost choked. Frank's replaced them, performed a major tune-up and did some brake work for less than my dealer's quote. They completed all the work the same day. The car has been running beautifully for the last 3 months. Even a friend of mine who drives the car occasionally was impressed. I'm not going back to the dealer but bring it in to Frank's instead.
Pros: explained the problems and called back with the figures before starting any work
Cons: No credit cards
