I was a little nervous, never having had a crown before, but the staff was welcoming from the first time I met them with the broken tooth, and going back to get the crown was easy. The atmosphere of the office is inviting, and the smiles are many. Everyone I met on the staff from the receptionist to the financial lady to the dental hygienist was friendly, efficient and kind. Dr. Scales is as kind and gentle as I was told he was and I'm so thankful for that! It was truly a "crowning experience" for a dental visit. I was even more amazed when at 8:30 that night my home phone rang and it was Dr. Scales calling to find out how I was doing. I have NEVER had a dentist call me at home. What a wonderful personal touch! Thank you to Dr. Scales and his staff.
