Review content:
We stumbled upon Payne Tire last weekend, when we had the misfortune of having our car break down. They were willing to look at it, so we had the car towed there. The staff in the store was incredibly friendly to us, as we were stranded with our two young children. They pulled out toys for my oldest to play with, held my baby, played with the kids, etc. The man that worked on our car was also very friendly and helpful. They were unable to fix the car that day, but did get it fixed as soon as they could get the parts and charged us what we believe to be a fair price. We were very lucky to land in their hands, as someone else could have taken advantage of us.
The waiting area of the store was small, but they did have seats and satellite TV on, which helped to keep me entertained. The restrooms were very clean, as was the waiting area.
