Review content:
I visited Pennywise Thrift Shop & Consignment last fall when I was looking for a black skirt for my daughter's costume. I searched around and not only did I not find any black skirts but I was very disappointed in the items they had in stock. All the clothes looked very worn out and of poor quality to begin with (no name brands). The toys were also int he same shape. I would not waste my time there.
