Review content:
My friend and I were there to receive manicures and were gravely disappointed. The ladies were extremely nice and very professional. However, customers frequent your establishment because of the "extra" perks and thus understand the increase in cost compared to other like businesses. We unfortunately, did not receive any such "perks" and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The neck heat-bag was not offered and I did not receive the hand/arm massage normally associated with a manicure. In addition, my french manicure is already chipping and shows evidence of crooked filing after just one day. My friend and I feel badly about speaking poorly but feel it necessary in order to improve future business. Regretfully, Jennifer Lenci & Virginia Barasch
