Review content:
Good: The front desk was exceptional and very attentive. Bad: The water in the foot bath was lukewarm at best. The plug got loose and by the time the pedicurist came back to start, the basin was almost empty. I asked her to put warmer water in and she replied that I was done with that part. In the middle of the pedicure I was told that I had bad calluses on my feet and had to listen all about the products that were sold at the front desk. Although I did purchase the product, hearing about it during the pedicure took me out of the zen like zone that I was in. In the future, I would prefer a sales pitch at the end of the pedicure. I explained that I walk around barefoot and the bottom of my feet needed to be exfoliated. When I got home I noticed that my feet were still rough and I had to do the job myself. For the most part I enjoyed my spa experience but was disappointed to see that I did not receive what I asked for.
