Not sure if you know but AvantGard Spa has a program in which you earn "points". Points that you can redeem later on any services. You have to book an appointment in advance before leaving the spa. This is a no brainer when it comes to "customer satisfaction". Loyality is rewarded! When I noticed my points were not adding up a simple phone call cleared it up and the owner fixed the problem. I've used my points in the past to treat my mother when she visits! Can't beat that. She just wishes there was an AvantGard where she lives. But there only ONE and it's in our own backyard. The most professional and relaxing ambience you'll EVER see in a Spa/Nail Salon. But you get what you pay for and quality isn't cheap. If you want quick, sloppy, and be treated like a number...go elsewhere! Avantgard is in a class of their own. From the first phone call to the end of your service. Can't go wrong. Thank you Blanca and Crystal for keeping me "pampered"!
