Expect to walk out with a great haircut at a great expense! The stylists are FANTASTIC but do push their AVEDA products, you cannot walk out without them insisting that "to maintain that great look!" they just created for you DEMANDS you buy some $ching$ching$ AVEDA product. The staff at University Village who book appointments have messed up my stylist schedule and my appointment times twice in a row in the last month. Once I had to wait 1 hour because they made a mistake and double booked my stylist for the morning. They didn't call and tell me until 15 minutes before the appointment, I was already there. They did offer to pay for my cut, which was nice. I booked two weeks later and they had to cancel an appointment I made the day before the appointment because they made another mistake booking a stylist, then when I re-booked I arrived and waited 30 minutes. SO, get a great look for a lot of hassle and a lot of money.
