Unfortunately I experienced a number of issues with my last visit. There seemed to be much confusion. My appointment time was made; I received a reminder call for the incorrect date, confirmed the correct date and time. Arrived for my appointment and waited nearly an hour. I had the worst make up application. Very embarrassing. I honestly think my adolescent son could have done a better job. Then it was on to my hair cut. The cut and style was excellent however, due to some confusion I did not get a deep conditioning treatment that I had requested as I was told, "We are tight on time and I would need to come back at a later date to get the treatment." No thank you! This was not the kind of service I had come to expect at Veda Salons. Very disappointed.
