The shampoo area is nice, a bit far from the stylists, but it's nicely done - except for the lighting directly over the seating. The spotlights are positioned right underneath the seating. So when you recline for the shampoo, you look directly into the spotlight. It was so uncomfortable experience, I had to shut my eyes the entire time I was being shampooed. Dimming the lights will not improve the spotlight in the eyes situation. Haircut was great though. Thanks...klp
