I have been going to Monique since she saved my hair weeks before my wedding in 2004. She has magical cutting skills -- there is NEVER a painful growing out period. My hair has been long, short, bangs, in between and always looks great. The best thing about Monique? She would NEVER chop my hair if I wasn't sure of what I wanted. She has always eased me in and out of styles. She is a rare and wonderful stylist -- one who actually LISTENS and can interpret what I try to say into what she can do with MY hair. I tried to get a cheaper cut 3 times. HORRIBLE!! I hustled right back in to have her fix it! What I love is that she can ALWAYS fix it. I just don't have the money to pay for frequent color. But she ALWAYS has options for me for in salon color even if I touch up at home, but isn't pushy about it [highlights, low lights, bling, etc]. I have bought tons of product over the years b/c I trust her completely and if she says it will help -- I know it will. She has never steered me wrong. She has never pushed me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. She ALWAYS tells me what we actually can do vs. what I may want to do. Sincerely, Brandy H.
