I have been going to 5 Star for 2 years and every time I go I enjoy my experience. Reception staff and my hair-dresser are always welcoming, outgoing and personable. Other staff are as well and assist and help out as need with all clients. My hair-dresser is great about suggesting new styles and ideas while taking my concerns/style in perspective too. I love how personable everyone is too, even seeing staff out in the community they acknowledge you and are complimentary. This making you feel even more welcomed at their salon.
