My family has 3 cars & we have been coming to your shop for well over 5 years. Up until yesterday I felt your shop was honest, quick and reasonable. I brought my truck in yesterday,because the temp needle jumped to the red zone very quickly. I thought it could be a needle malfunction but figured your shop would check it out. I was basically told to fix some "leaky gaskets" a part for $16. I knew there would be labor but not $200 worth! I was never informed of how long this procedure would take and now not even sure it was really necessary. I was also advised to have my dashboard removed to fix the needle for $500. Basically it's been reset and working fine. In the past we have always trusted your advice & service but now feel you are really out to take advantage and over charge your customers. We will not be back.
