From their poor customer service to the subpar cleaning, this is by far the worst service company I've had for any in-home service. The cleaner, Constance, was 30mins late and entered my home wearing a camo jacket and smelling of smoke. Not a good first impression to say the least. She asked for my priority areas and then insisted it wasn't possible to do in 3 hrs. That was fine, but I wanted to know what was possible and she refused to answer. She actually walked away from me in the middle of our conversation and yelled, "Just call the company." Absurd and unprofessional behavior. I asked that she start with mopping and sweeping, but she ignored my requests and addressed areas she felt were more important (like dusting the top of an 8' armoire-why???). I called the company to ask more about what was typical of a 3hr cleaning and the assistant manager refused to answer my questions. She said Constance was never rude and that my house was probably not as clean as I thought it was. I asked how customer concerns were handled and she refused to discuss the company's policies. I then spoke with the manager, Mimi, who was somewhat more professional, but still did not address my concerns. Mimi told me that their company wasn't making any money off of me since I was using a Groupon. It seems apparent that because of this, I was not entitled to good service. It was also mentioned to me that I should tip Constance for her service. I found this very unprofessional and unacceptable, regardless of the cleaning. However, because the cleaning itself was so poor, I felt no obligation to tip. I actually had to mop and sweep as soon as she left because she tossed up additional dirt and dust on the floors. This entire experience was a nightmare and I'm truly surprised a company so poorly run is still in business. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for cleaning services or you'd be better off living in a dirty home.
