My dryer started squeaking like crazy, and in DIY fashion I figured out it needed a new drum bearing. I called to see if they had the part in stock, and not only did they have what I needed for half the price it would have cost to order online from Sears (with shipping), but also showed me what might be causing my dryer to be off balance. Knowledgable, helpful, and I didn't have to wait two weeks to get the parts mailed to me. 5 stars!
