in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
We had Mr. Handyman out to do a job and were happy with the results, so we called for a slightly bigger job and unfortunately it did not go as well. Mr. Handyman showed up in the late afternoon and would work a few hours. After a week of this he ended up not finishing the job and never calling. We had to hire someone else to do the job. I gave him the okay rating because the first time he was good, but would NEVER hire him again.
