2008. Unfortunately, a large percentage of these vehicles have problems or “nonconformities” which substantially impair the use, value and safety of the vehicle. These nonconforming vehicles are “lemons” under California’s Lemon Law, the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Even used vehicles can qualify as lemons.
