ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
The customer service is nonexistant. You wait at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees just dawdle around doing nothing.
The condition of the pets kept there are UNSANITARY and PATHETIC!! This store is mostly known for carrying fish and birds, with the occasional cats/dogs/small mammals. The bird cages are CAKED in feces!! The birds feathers are unhealthy and dirty (they probably don't get provided with daily baths)!! Because of these conditions, most likely the birds they sell are ILL because the birds are breathing in the dust from their caked feces, which contains so much bacteria!!! Don't listen to the employees if they tell you they're healthy - birds hide their illnesses extremely well, a lot of times until it is too late. Their cages should be cleaned DAILY!!
Let's not even go into the food they're getting... seed and DIRTY water are not an adequate diet for ANY bird!! And how about stimulation? There are absolutely NO toys in any of their cages. What are they supposed to do all day while caged up in TOO TINY cages - twiddle their metaphoric thumbs?!?!
This company does not give a RIP about their animals. I would not be surprised if almost every bird they have is ill.
PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY BY BUYING ANYTHING!! THERE ARE BETTER PET STORES OUT THERE!!
