Businiess name:  Aurelio's Pizza

Review content:
Aurellio's pizza. Chicago pizza....unfortunately, with a Chicago attitude. If you're short staffed just say so. If the waitress didn't include one of the pizzas and it never gets made, just apologize. Instead, we get a rude owner who was incredulous that 2 and a half hours for a cheese pizza isn't a normal wait. My wife and her family are from Chicago and constantly crave “Chicago style” pizza. My wife loves thin crust so we HAD to try this place out. She has been to the Chicago locations and had great things to say about them. Not so much on the Marietta, Georgia location. We had several instances of overcharging. There’s an additional charge of $3 for the chicken on a chicken salad? The staff doesn’t seem to be well trained on the point of sale software or, hopefully not, they’re taught to overcharge. Our table and several around us had incorrect charges and improperly split bills for some of the larger groups. What has to be the most frustrating aspect of it all is the owner has a “If you don’t like it, get out” attitude. Came to the table carrying the biggest chip on his shoulder and seemed put out that anyone would waste his time with trivial things like over charges and missing food. My daughter asked me what time it was and when I looked at my watch the owner made his way to me, literally leaned down into my face and said “You can see how busy we are, your pizza is coming out of the oven right now”………. 20 some odd minutes later the first of 4 pizzas came out. 15 minutes later the 2nd, then the 3rd arrived 22 minutes later, all the while pizzas came out to other tables that arrived after us.…..the 4th pizza never came. The hostess, waitress and owner all had someone else to blame for it, then the owner told us that the 4th pizza was on it’s way, we had children falling asleep at the table so my brother in law cancelled the last order and when he commented on waiting over 2 hours for a simple cheese pizza the owner literally called him a liar and said it hadn’t been that long. We won’t be back but I’m hoping
