I just went in to Salle Opticians and I was so disappointed!!! I went in with my sister-in-law and my husband. I needed new glasses asap! I was planning to spend on the spot and found lovely chanel glasses I was interested in. Unfortunately two men were behind the counter fighting for who was going to "deal" with us. They were not doing anything, not straightening the store, not cleaning the dirty glass, not helping us obviously! It was inconvenient for me because I was planning to purchase glasses tonight because I needed them by next week!!! I hate to play the race card, but we are pacific islander and the two white men did not speak to any of the customers in the store that were minorities. Unfortunately, we were so disgusted by the service, we decided to just leave. Coming from High end retail myself, I'm appalled by the customer service!!! If I EVER acted like these two men acted towards us, I would be fired! It should not be tolerated! If you would like to experience this kind of customer service, be my guest. As for my everyone and I know, we will not be there ever again! If I had my choice it would get no stars!!! DISGUSTING!!!
