Darryl (sp.) from Stems was by far the most helpful person I encountered when calling around seeking an unusual arrangement for a friend. I was looking for some specific flowers out of season and he called me back the following day with very helpful information and some of the best customer service I've received in a while. Another florist (NOT Stems) I called was just acting like they had what I wanted, but when I probed to ensure the right thing would arrive the other florist confessed they were going to substitute without telling me!!!
