I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews and should have. I had appts. for mani/pedi/haircut/ and color--a day for me before Christmas. The mani/pedi was very good--although, my nails ended up ruined because of putting on a smock for the haircut. While I was getting my mani, the stylist came over to check on me--said it wasn't a problem that the mani was running late--she talked to me about what I wanted done to my hair............15 minutes later she returned stating that she was given an "add-on" therefore I couldn't get my color done that day, but I could return the following day. I don't know if I was "bumped" for a regular client or what. I'm new to the area and my salon in Cary, NC highly recommended this salon........I was deeply disappointed that I didn't get my hair color, and my nails were ruined as well--the haircut wasn't good either--not for all of my cowlicks or for my texture. I'm going to a different salon tomorrow!
