Review content:
Made appointment for oil change because I received coupon for $16.00 change. Was told I needed $292.00 worth of work. After 2 1/2 hours finally got out bill was $40.76 for oil change and air filter. Don't understand why such a wait and how $16 oil change and $16.99 comes to such a total. There others were in waiting room when I got there at 3:00. On said he had been there 4 1/2 for oil change and they said he needed alignment. I was the last one out. My husband went there once a few years ago and had similar experience. He told me not to go there but I wanted to give them a try since only car only needed oil change and our dealer is across town. Lesson learned; will go to dealer next time. Won't recommend AAA center to anyone and neither husband nor myself will ever use them again even if we have a FREE service coupon! We wouldn't trust them to do the work nor do the waiting.
