Review content:
Located on the edge of Belltown, Barocho is self described as Latin infused and located in the Northwest. Barocho is an interesting upscale bar and restaurant worth checking out if you have loads of money to burn. This is not a bad thing, as many people do have the money to burn and Barocho is normally packed, especially during happy hour, which might mean people don't in fact have that much money to burn. Drink specials vary, and happy hour from 5-7 offers half price on delicious appetizers and 3 dollar beer and well drinks, as well as 4 dollar wines. This is the type of place that would both serve wine, have wine nights, and have happy hour specials on wine. If you understand that, you understand the nouveau rich-ness of Barocho, right down to the bathroom sinks which are nicer than anything I ever hope to own. They are the kind of sinks which rest atop the counter as if to say, "I don't have the interest or care to even install a sink, so I will place it here and it will be marvelous!" Give Barocho a try from 5-7 and from 10-close for some good deals, and then see if it's the place for you.
